The people in charge are trying to keep good tenants and keep the riffraff out. I recommend this place if you want people living next to you that are respectful, accepting and kind regardless of your background. The people are working on improving their properties and are willing to help their tenants with issues. They have been busy and have a lot on their plate, but they still take the time to read their emails and listen to their tenants.
Two years in a row Jake Johnson Properties has helped our non-profit with space for our fundraising efforts. They have gone above and beyond what you would ever expect a realtor to do. If I ever need anything in the area we will sure reach out to them!!
