Very good. This is long overdue review. We moved from Indiana to Louisiana. It was short lived due to some family concerns but when we did move down, Jagneaux reality was very responsive and made the move in process very easy. We never had a problem with them and the staff were very very nice.

Samantha and her team were absolutely fantastic in managing my rental property for several years. From handling tenants and maintenance to keeping everything running smoothly, they made the entire process stress-free. When it came time to sell, Samantha took charge and made the transition seamless. She was always professional, communicative, and went above and beyond to make the sale a success. I highly recommend Samantha to anyone looking for a top-notch realtor and property manager! Thank you for everything!!

0 stars if I could. Overall a terrible company to rent from. Good luck trying to get maintenance to show. An then when u move out u get charged for everything they were suppose to do... they will never get another penny from me.

I received a letter in the mail today stating I have been turned into collections over $245.00 in rental on 2 storage buildings I rented in DeQuincy. This company bought the storage facility from the original owners and immediately turned the electricity off and removed the dumpsters from the property. I moved out of the buildings in June of 2024 after my buildings were broken into and was told by this new owner that surveillance was not allowed on the property. The surveillance was inside of my own building. “Battery Powered and Wireless” best money I ever spent. However, the collection agency told me the $245.00 is for rent for July of 2024. So, the collection agency then tells me that in the rental contract that I have to pay rent for the following month after I moved out? Anyone ever h

When I first planned to move in there was a lot of miscommunication. So it was somewhat frustrating, but after learning all of the facts, it was not fully the property managements fault. I believe the person at the company that did play the part is no longer there. Fast forward to moving in- things have been amazing! Any maintenance issue is handled promptly, they also reach out to make sure it’s handled. If I would have read these reviews before moving in, I wouldn’t have chosen Jagneaux Property. The things people are complaining/making bad reviews about is stuff that is literally stated in your lease. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m very happy with Jagneaux Property and our home!
