Roads are not maintained in the winter, the contractors that mow leave grass clippings all over, you will be charged expensive fees for cleaning and other maintenance changes upon leaving and you’ll not get most of your deposit back. Lighting in the neighborhood is poor, kids run and play though the street and leave trash in your yard, rent is excessive for the area, home inspections (need I say more). One of my neighbors had car parts and tires piled in their yard and parked their cars though the neighborhood taking up space, teenagers(that lived there) sat in their cars and on ATVs and revved engine with loud mufflers, Friends of teenagers sped though streets. Maintenance staff is friendly and the neighborhood itself is mostly safe. Someone let the air out of my tires once, probably kids
