Jada Legacy Central Apartments

We moved into a 2-bedroom apartment here and have lived here for about a year. Our experience has been great overall. The leasing office has always been very supportive, especially Jennifer. She has been extremely helpful throughout our lease renewal process, assisted us with any issues we faced, and even helped resolve some noise concerns promptly.

I would like to recognize the outstanding efforts of the leasing team at Jada Legacy Central. They recently hosted a Valentine’s event for residents that was beautifully organized and thoughtfully prepared. The dessert selection included chocolate-covered strawberries, cake pops, cookies, brownies, chocolate-covered pretzels, and many other treats. It was a wonderful gesture that made residents feel appreciated and valued. Beyond hosting community events, Jennifer, Maria, Kayla and Keke consistently demonstrate professionalism, kindness, and responsiveness. They are always courteous and willing to assist whenever we have questions or need support. Their dedication to providing excellent service truly enhances the living experience at Jada Legacy Central.

I truly love living at JADA Legacy Central Apartments, and a huge part of that is because of the incredible staff. Keke, the Leasing Manager, is absolutely amazing! She is always quick to respond to emails, whether it’s a small question or an urgent concern, and she consistently follows through. Her professionalism, efficiency, and kindness make a big difference and bring so much peace of mind as a resident. Jennifer is just as wonderful! She is always welcoming when entering the complex and genuinely makes you feel at home. She absolutely loves dogs (which I adore!), and she is always happy to help with anything I need. lived here from 2021 - 2024. After 1 year of moving out I still get emails with the Amazon delivery barcodes so you're still able to get packages from people that move in after you. When I brought it to the attention of the manager Jennifer she looked visibly annoyed and said "I'm on my lunch break" and brushed me off. This is a security concern for the new residents of the apartments you move out of, not something to brush off. Anyways the roach problem I had was bad. It turned into a rat problem soon after on the first floor. Break-ins in cars and vandalizing of car parts. I paid a lot out of pocket for the roach problem and had to fix the back door because it wasn't properly sealed shut. The dog puke, feces and pee in the hallway was never addressed enough. I have lived here for just shy of a month and I can’t be more pleased. I moved from an area that was extremely noisy, the neighbors were always getting High and the smell would come through the vents, there were people firing guns (in the city), and my vehicle was broken into 3 times. So this is a massive upgrade to say the least. Since I moved here I’ve had 0 problems that I faced in the past. Obviously every apartment is going to have their problems and the ONLY complaint I have is that I can hear people when they are walking past in the halls and anyone down at the pool. The leasing office was always there to help when needed and I specifically can’t thank Keke enough for making the move smooth and effortless. I don’t know what she is getting paid but whatever it is it’s not enough
