I was a first-time homeowner. I honestly had no idea what the process would be like, how to bid, what to look for, who does what. Jacob was patient but informative & firm. He never pushed us into looking at a house that we didn't want to or couldn't afford. You know when you're a first time home buyer, you kind of think all real estate agents are just trying to make a buck. I never felt that way with Jacob -- kinda just felt like I was home shopping with my big brother. Anyways, five stars for any first time home buyer.
