We were so lucky to find Jacob! He really made our move to MS from TX a wonderful experience. He was so helpful while we looked at houses and offered suggestions and tips along the way. He stayed on top of our closing and everything was very smooth.

Jacob had been amazing to work with over the past year. We live out of state had a few rentals in the area and we were ready to sell. He willingly took over two properties that were managed poorly by a property manager in the area and helped us get them in proper order to sell. Both houses needed extensive work. We had no idea how poorly those properties were previously managed. Jacob did not live close to our properties but still helped to manage all the work needing to be done and communicated every step of the way. He personally went out to clean them a few times and make sure the work that was done was done well. He made sure the grass was mowed and the houses looked great to sell. I can't begin to tell you how professional and great of a person he is.
