Jacksonville Green

We had a wonderful five-year experience living at Jacksonville Green. The staff, especially Rachael and Pat, always made us feel at home. Pat was always kind to our son, and I'm sure he will miss stopping by the office to say hello. Maintenance issues were consistently resolved quickly and efficiently. The community was quiet and friendly, and we never encountered any neighbor problems. We are only moving because we need more space and will truly miss living here. We highly recommend Jacksonville Green to anyone seeking a well-managed and welcoming apartment community.

I've had a great experience at Jacksonville Greene. The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. Maintenance is responsive and professional, and management has always been courteous and helpful. The location is convenient — close to shops, restaurants, and parks, but still feels peaceful and residential. It’s been a comfortable and safe place to call home. Highly recommend to anyone looking in the area!

We have been here for almost 7 years. Never thought I would find a place that could be close to perfect but we did. Respectful neighbors, responsive management, great amenities, good neighborhood to live in. Every place has its moment but as a whole, this is a great place to live.

We were residents of Jacksonville Greene for approximately four years. We were very happy with the amenities, the accessibility of the management, and the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. We especially enjoyed having the dog park and the common rooms. Our decision to move out was based on a relocation to a warmer climate. We were sad to leave the wonderful community of neighbors.

I’ve lived here for a few years and overall I’ve liked it. I think the rent is very reasonable and the amenities are good. HOWEVER, if you may not have complete control over your eventual move- out date ( such as if you’re looking to buy or may have to relocate out of state), be aware that you can only give your 30 day notice on the last day of the month. I received my relocation contract on 4/5 and gave my notice the same day, and was told they wouldn’t accept it until 4/30. So now I’m paying double rent for may. I feel like there really should be some flexibility, ESPECIALLY since I have lived with a non working window since 1/22. Feels like just an unnecessary money grab to me since I’ve seen people move in at the beginning, middle, and end of the month.
