Jacksonville Area On Your Land Homes - ICI Homes

On November 23rd we will be celebrating two years in our Custom Offsite Home built by ICI Homes. Unfortunately, the height of Covid hit right at the beginning of our build which definitely put a strain on and slowed down the building process. There was a supply shortage on building materials which was no fault of ICI. The only true negative thing we experienced was 3 different project managers during our build which was frustrating to say the least, however, the finished product is absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be happier with our beautiful Coastal Farmhouse. My husband Peter and I would recommend, and have recommended, ICI to anyone looking to build a great quality home! Thank you ICI!

I’m so happy we built with ICI. Our contractor Randy has been absolutely phenomenal. He really made this build 10x better for us and I feel very good about the value and quality. We had multiple outside inspections and they went so well. Very impressed

Bad build, water intrusion, black mold, ants in my home. Paint retaining exterior wall wall looked like the house was crying. My 2 yr old home was screwed as were we. Nice going ici.

Don’t waste your time. Poor quality and they won’t stand by their product. My first home was a KB home and they were much better at standing by their product.

I really like their homes.
