Jackson Walk Apartments

I lived at the Jackson Walk Apartments for almost 6 years and I must say that I NEVER had any issues with office staff or maintenance. If I had any problems with anything, they attended to it either the same day or the next. They were nothing but PROFESSIONAL!! I loved the energy living there and I always felt safe. I moved away from Jackson May 2025 but I am coming back to the Jackson Walk Apartments hopefully soon!! I have looked at many possibilites elsewhere(just out of curiousity) but have chosen to return there. I am really looking forward to being back home.

My husband and I lived there last year for 6 months. Then we moved back to our state. The apartment was nice and quiet. Well maintained. The only issue was the train came through midnight that woke us up a few times a week. Overall we liked the apartment.

My husband and I moved to TN for his job 2 years ago. What was supposed to be 3 months turned into 2 years and we loved living at Jackson Walk apartments. The convenience of walking to the amp for free concerts, the farmers market, Hub City Brewing, Ice House for bingo, and the many restaurants is great! I cannot talk highly enough of the fantastic staff. The very first person I met in TN was Flannery and that was before we even moved in. She was fabulous that day and everyday after. I was happy to meet Ashley and find out she is sweet & friendly as well. Then they added Laurel and what a perfect fit she is. Loved our 1 bedroom and then later 2 bedroom apartment here at Jackson walk. This neighborhood is conveniently located in downtown Jackson, offering great amenities. My husband and I moved here temporarily for a contract job and the amazing office staff made our transition from atlanta seamless. We enjoyed our stay here as well as some neighbors we grew to love like family.

I have lived at Jackson Walk/ Highpoint apartments for a few years now. What I have learned is the property staff is very friendly and welcoming and have addressed issues in a timely manner. The maintenance crew has been way more than helpful with issues and tackle most problems very quickly. I have not had to wait more than 24 hours when any issue has came up. The apartments are nice and have served my need while living in Jackson. The reason for the 4 star review is only due to the rent. My rent has gone up every year I have lived at this property, but I know that is a management decision that was made beyond what the onsite property managers have control over. If there comes a time that I would need to move back to Jackson for any reason, I would not hesitate to move back to the Jacks
