Jackson Square Apartments

We needed an apartment as soon as possible and Terri was able to get us toured, approved and moved in within a week! Great atmosphere both in the leasing office and around the complex. Our apartment has been great so far and we love it here! Peaceful neighborhood with friendly neighbors and beautiful surroundings.

We lived at Jackson Square Apartments for 14 months. Our experience was great! Terri and Baileigh are incredibly nice and friendly. Maintenance was always efficient and prompt. The entire grounds are very well-maintained and clean. We only have good things to say about this place! 100% recommended!

Jackson Square is a good place to live. The units have plenty of space, the complex is in a convenient and safe location, and there’s a decent amount of parking. Maintenance requests are responded to surprisingly quickly. The only downside is that the leasing office seems to have a disorganization problem, so you will need to follow up multiple times to get them to respond.

Lived here during my time in Tallahassee and could not have appreciated my time there more. When I first moved in, I needed a sudden unit change due to a medical condition, and Jackson Square went above and beyond to accommodate this in such a timely manner. Maintenance always fixed any issue in a timely manner as well. I also loved how the staff was so welcoming every time I entered the main lobby, making any experience a great one!

I had a quick little spur of the moment detour to Tallahassee so I didn’t have much time to set appointments to look at apartments so I took my chances that I could be seen and view something. I decided to look at an apartment during a holiday at Jackson Square and met the property manager, Angela. She was very sweet and exuberantly full of pride for the property as she showed me around. I felt like I would be at home at this community because of the calming landscaping full of trees and serene waterfall at pond. I will be reserving ny apartment soon, thank you Angela for taking the time to show me around.
