I was a tenant for over 3.5 years with no issues under prior management. This company pressured me to sign a new lease within days despite the lease stating I had 30 days, and threatened further rent increases if I didn’t sign quickly. My access to the lease was revoked multiple times, preventing me from reviewing the terms, and delivery dates were misrepresented. The new lease added extensive liability clauses (mold, water damage, bedbugs) even though management has never inspected the unit and has ignored requests to install a required bathroom exhaust fan. Overall, the experience felt coercive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this property management company.
