I’ve been living in a townhouse atContinental Avenue for five months, and overall my experience has been quite positive. Starting with the downsides: the initial Administrative Fee and Application Fee felt a bit high (but no security deposits) Additionally, the rent is slightly above the neighborhood average, and the lack of on-site gym access is another factor that makes the price feel higher than expected, although when shared by two people, it becomes much more reasonable. On the positive side, the location is very convenient. The property is close to a park and within easy reach of the FSU campus, grocery stores, and restaurants, which makes daily life much easier. The staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful, especially when it comes to maintenance or lease questions. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and convenient place to live, and I’d definitely recommend Jackson Properties to students looking for reliable housing near campus!

Overall pretty good leasing office to work with. The rate I am paying is fair, the staff are very kind and supportive. Maintenance is usually pretty quick to assist in some issues. They could improve upon maintenance noticing for entry, more community/leaser engagement, and being more sustainable in house and landscaping environmental impact.

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The office staff is always friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. Anytime I have a question or need assistance, they respond quickly and make the process easy. It’s nice living somewhere where the staff actually cares and is on top of things. Overall, a really positive experience and a place I’d recommend!
