Jackson Park Place

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The apartments are fine, but the office staff make living here a nightmare. They do not know their own policies, do not communicate with each other, and frequently give out wrong information. (This does not apply to maintenance! They are awesome.) During move-out, the misinformation was unbelievable. Staff have also misidentified our apartment and yelled at us about other tenants’ issues with no apology. They frequently do not return calls or voicemails. The apartments may be decent, but the office staff ruin the experience completely and make living here not worth it at all.

I absolutely love the maintenance guys here!!! So great!!! Don’t mind when I wash my Challenger at the station and are so helpful. Brent came and fixed something in our apartment and was such a great help. Love the maintenance team at JPP!!!!

This apartment complex is also not making my family members feel comfortable. A manager walked up to my brother and my brother in law and said it's "to many of you here" referring to black people. They have been playing respectfully and treating the equipment with care. Just to get kicked out. To many black people on the court referencing to black people. They were playing/practing for hours. As it gets darker... it's to many of you here. The only thing I can thing of is, it's getting darker outside and they can't see them. That's Racism.

Worst experience of my life and I don't know what to do still as a result of living here! I have health problems from the mold and leaks and they don't care! I miss Kobe and the old staff! This place is a disaster and don't lose your income or anything because they will treat you horrible! Natalia was contacted multiple times before I left the area and she had put it off and ignored me and it led to me suffering in a way that is being looked at fully today! With roof leaks they covered up, my AC unit out for multiple months in the first year I moved in this should have never happened! My neighbor downstairs fell due to the way they have the floor set up! By the way! They had a roofing company that kept me up everyday during my time I was leaving and I stepped on two nails and they didn't d

I'm homeless after residing here and I am not blaming them! I should have never signed up for this horror complex! This place is worse than motel 6 far as maintenance issues and AC issues and the way the rent goes up is ridiculous! Ps: I've never been homeless in my entire life!!! -the rent goes up so they can afford the crappy yard work and hire roofers and the amenities we never have time to use because you have to kill yourself to pay rent! I had neighbors that also got evicted from this one so it's not just me
