Jackson Group has been an exceptional landlord for my 2-year stay. Low fuss, easy to work with, and attentive to maintenance needs. The move-out process was a breeze, with special thanks to Austin for going above and beyond. Among property managers, they're the best I've experienced. Friendly, responsive, and professional – not too corporate. Highly recommend!

I’ve been in a property they manage for about a year. They have always been very prompt in every request we have made.

It has been two weeks since I submitted my application, along with payment, and I still have not heard from anyone I've contacted at Jackson Group Property Management. I would not recommend them.

Jackson Lee is a very rude property manager. Here's why: 1. We had problems with the person who lived underneath us. The previous manager for our place came, had a sit down with both of us and sorted the issue. Then he left after a few months and Jackson came, who immediately assumed that we were to blame. So much so that when the guy who lived beneath us came raging at us in the middle of the night banging on our windows, Jackson still assumed we were to blame and told us on the phone, that we were in the wrong. 2. Getting him on the phone is a pain. Clearly condescending, rude and with zero concerns towards handling prospective residents' issues. 3. We had emails with photographs of things that were broken when we moved in. He still charged us for the fix out of the security deposit, eve
