Jackson Greens Apartments

I have had a pleasant experience living in this complex for the last few years. The manager, Saron, and maintenance, Michel, are often very accommodating. It is an older building, but I find the walls thicker than newer apt construction and I'm paying for decent square footage IN my apt, not for a closet-sized apt in a building with a bunch of common areas I won't use.

Do not live here if you have children! There is no where for them to play outside, and if they play inside (during the day) the walls are so thin and creaky, so be prepared to get written up about noise until you are forced to move out. Most families don't live here for more than a year because of this. This was the worst apartment living experience I've had. Management was inadequate, and concerns were always dismissed. Even though we had serious safety issue with another neighbor that were documented our concerns for our family's safety was never taken seriously by management, always sided with the lying tenant because they had a better relationship with her, despite us having to get police involved. I have lived at the Jackson Greens Apartments for almost five years. The staff have been the same the whole time I've lived here and are really wonderful. Work orders are nearly always completed within 24 hours, and the front office is easy to get in touch with via email or text. The complex is generally quiet, especially during quiet hours. The location is great - close to the freeway & major bus lines, grocery stores, schools, and more. The apartments have all the basic amenities included, and there is easy parking for guests. Would recommend living here to others.

Terrible experience - management is inadequate. Cheap apartments and they refused to show my mom and I the apartment because she didn’t have an ID with her, even though I did. It’s the first time we ever experienced something like this, expensive apartments that we looked at always let us see the place no problem.

INCREDIBLE staff Saron is amazing mickellie (not spelling his name correct) does great work, and their both the nicest people you could ever meet and this place feels like home. Price is fair and our place is awesome would absolutely recommend this place. The resident are top notch as well. Never had a bad encounter with anyone quite the opposite really. We've had packages delivered to wrong addresses and had the person come find us to make sure we got it. Can't say enough good things about this place honestly. It will be home for the foreseeable future.
