Jack’s Mill

I love my unit here! Management is always quick to respond to questions and maintenance requests, which I really appreciate. Leo the maintenance technician truly goes above and beyond. He’s helped get a heavy boxes to my door so many times. He’s also so friendly with pets, which is just a plus to me as a pet owner.

I lived at Jacks Mills for about a year and a half. There are many pros but also many cons to the building, like all apartments. One big thing i would say is that this is NOT the place for reactive dogs. There are many dogs in the building, so if you’re dog is reactive this may not be the place for you. I will say that the apartments are gorgeous and brand new, maintenance is amazing and the amenities are great. Overall I did enjoy living here and i do wish the building was better equipped for how many dogs there are (that also calls for a lot of dog waste that most people don’t like to clean) Side note, there had been 3 bats in my apartment, and the fire alarm had gone off over 5 times in the last year so take that as you will..

I just signed my 2nd year lease here at Jacks Mill. I love the building and location. There are so many great amenities, Fenway bark and Melody Maker are awesome. But, I really wanted to give a shout out to Leo. He is a kind, friendly and knowledgeable person who keeps the building looking/running great. Thank you for everything you have done! These are my 2 roommates, they also think this place is cool!

In my opinion, Problem solving is one the best quality’s a management team can have. And in my experience this team has been wonderful to help solve my problems. Yea bud!! Stuff comes up!! But that’s everywhere and everything!! Jacks Mills fixes the problems!!! These dudes are a million times better than my last guy!!! Come on down to the melody maker and spend money on coffee and bagels….. guaranteed you see Leo fixing something around the mill! Guys got a smile for days! Shout out to G, Xaley, Jeff, and James I’m happy to be working with these guys. Jacks Mills rules. Best mill in town.

Like many others have mentioned, my experience living here was extremely disappointing. • Infrastructure Issues: I dealt with multiple power outages, excessive noise, a flooded parking lot, and even basement flooding at one point. The overall construction quality is very poor. Fixtures like faucets, cabinets, and closet doors feel cheap and flimsy. • Maintenance Problems: The maintenance team is unreliable and unprofessional. For example, when replacing a window in my unit, they left my apartment without a window for nearly three months during the winter. When they finally installed one, the trim was left incomplete, unpainted, and dirty. • Overall Management: The property is poorly run, and the staff seem untrained or uninterested in resolving issues.
