Jackie failed to follow up on returning a call to permit me the opportunity to offer a cash bid on a property. After calling Jackie 4 times the following morning I had to reach out to another agency to create a cash offer. Jackie called early afternoon and said a offer was accepted prior to me being able to offer my own bid. The most difficult part was she remembered the conversation of a cash offer but played ignorant on returning a courtesy call to me. Some how the words “sorry” does not equate with the inability to make a bid involving a nearly 300,000 dollar offer.
