Buyers beware! This man is unethical in addition to being arrogant and obnoxious. He either makes misrepresentations or in the alternative he may be completely uninformed about the listings he is representing. He does not negotiate in good faith…in fact he does not negotiate at all. Told us that the seller would not return our $25,000 security deposit if we failed to close on the transaction when a major water damage issue was discovered 3 days before the scheduled closing after the closing had already been delayed 4 months due to misrepresentations made about the timing of repairs. I dont have enough good things to say about the experience with having Jack as my realtor. He's knowledgeable, he's personable, he's easy to work with, he makes himself available for showings no matter when and always makes time to answer questions. I'd highly recommend him to any friends who are looking to buy or sell a home. Thumbs up!

Zillow put me in contact with Mr. Lanners for a house showing. He immediately asked me if I was working with anyone and then informed me “if I write the contract, I get the commission!!” Even before we had even discussed my situation and what I was looking for, he made sure that he was going to get paid. I was shocked but the property looked great so I said ok. (I think there was only one answer in this situation but his aggressive manner took me aback.)
