I had a great experience working with Danielle Jabour recently. She is extremely knowledgable about the Bay Ridge market and provided helpful suggestions on sale price and what renovations we should make prior to selling. She was very communicative and professional throughout the whole process, and made sure the sale went as quickly and smoothly as possible. She handled a lot of the legwork with the coop management and lawyers so I didn't have to worry, and looked out for my best interests. I would definitely recommend working with her!

I don’t usually give reviews but I felt the need to do so for Danielle because she went above and beyond to assist with the purchase of our house. She was professional, responsive and honest. We had a few pending items before we could close on our house. We later realized that the owner lived in another state but Danielle personally made sure each of these items were taken care of and provided updates with very thorough follow-ups. The entire process was very smooth and we felt as if she was really working with us as if we were a family friend. She did not have the “take it or leave it” attitude like so many of the other real estate agents in Brooklyn that we had encountered during our search. We first met Danielle at an open house and immediately felt an instant connection. From the start, she was very professional and respectful. At the open house, she allowed us to explore the home on our own and made herself available when we had questions. We liked the property we saw and made an appointment to see it again the following day. Danielle made time and scheduled us for a second tour without any issues. Every conversation we had with Danielle was honest and genuine and that is what we loved most about working with Danielle.
