We recently did a total renovation of our condo on Marco Island and could not be any happier! If you want a contractor who provides excellent craftsmanship, takes pride in his work, is always professional, thinks outside the box, who uses excellent subcontractors and responds to every call EVEN after your job is completed then John is for you. It has been a pleasure working John and his team.

10 months after closing on our new home on Tarpon Road, Hurricane Ian hit Naples and Southwest Florida with record damage. We are happy to report that our home held up very well. House was dry, stand-by generator worked well and AC operated as we hoped it would. Most importantly, John & Brian were on site the next day and walked the house to give us peace of mind about the situation. John & Brian didn’t have to check on the house for us — but they did. Really meant a lot to us and speaks to who they are as people. Thankful to be able to enjoy our high quality and well built home!

John took on a small project the Summer of 2020. It ended up turning into a huge project and a complete remodel from top to bottom. I asked John if my head could be on my pillow in our new place by Christmas and he made it happen. It is hard to believe with all the work that is going on in Naples that he was able to accomplish this in such a short time. He is a quality person with a quality business. I would like to add to my review after hurricane Ian. Our home is right on the bay and we did not have one bit of damage. Thank God for the fine workmanship from John and his crew.
