Zero stars if I could. Rented a small property for my business for several years with no problems other than minor stuff. When I decided to leave, I did my walk through with the sr property manager and all was great. Waited for my deposit check as promised and nothing. 1 month later I reached out, then 3 months, now 8 months. Only replies were of empty promises from Marc Krop even after lettIng them know I would be taking legal action. Emailed the VP of the company and the sr property manager together. A reply with again that it will be sent. Another month later… nothing. Having to take this to small claims court now.
