Maryland is our 4th state, and we’re in our 5th house. Our project was a complete gut and some structural changes of our first level and bathroom remodeling on second level. As well as a new back porch and deck. It was a tremendous project. We moved out for over six months but stayed close by. Steven knew how to keep us on schedule by alerting us to the decisions that needed to be made timely. He was incredibly professional and proficient. Emails and texts were answered swiftly. Endeavoring in having a very custom and complex house built is taking a giant step into a project of incredible magnitude. We entrusted JPaul Builders to make our dream/fantasy come true. From the first shovel in the ground to its completion 2 years later, JPaul proved day-in and day-out why they are recognized as being at the top of their class. Although JPaul had a full-time Superintendent on the job, Paul or Steven Lichter visited our site almost everyday.
