Genevieve and Anthony are absolutely the BEST managers we could’ve ever asked for here at Villa Capri Mobile Home Estates! They are ALWAYS helping the community be a better place to live; doing community functions involving everyone, making sure our community is safe, clean, and always helping around with whatever they can! We’ve been here for 5 1/2 years and they just make living here amazing! If they leave, we have to leave cause they’re one of a kind! I’d recommend having them as managers to everyone if I could!!! ❤️

I’m writing to share how wonderful Kendra is as the property manager at Mira Vista Mobile Estates. She is always kind, approachable, and informative any time I have a question or concern. Kendra communicates clearly, follows through on what she says, and makes sure residents know what’s going on around the community. She does a fantastic job keeping the property looking clean and well cared for, and she’s consistently on top of maintenance needs. It’s obvious she truly cares about both the residents and the park itself.

I've lived in the Mira Vista Mobil Home Park for a number of years. There has been a lot of improvements providing us with stable electrical power, adding cameras for security , more frequent security patrols and eliminating street parking. Our Manager is always available and willing to assist with any issues we might have. It's been a great place to live over the years. They have a great management team to assist us.

Rosa is the best representative Foothills of Hemet has had in a very long time. The community has never looked as good as it has in the past two years. Foothills of Hemet has been rated the top three MHP in the City of Hemet in 2025. Congratulations you have made a difference in our Community and I thank you for it!

I love living in Mira Vista and have been a Resident for 8 years! This is a super family friendly neighborhood, the Management is friendly and competent, and the Maintenance team is amazing. We are renting and notified Kendra of a soft spot in our shower. Justin inspected it and found a leak. They both worked with my husband to coordinate a time to fix it when I was out of town for the weekend. Justin's crew put in long hours over the weekend and had our new shower functioning before I got back home! It went so smooth with minimal disruption to our lives! Thank you Kendra and Justin! We appreciate you!
