Sean Troxell, lead inspector, of this company is a gem. He's knowledgable, extremely thorough, patient, and explains issues in plain English. He was prompt and discovered multiple helpful issues to consider and/or address. His report was the clearest and most thorough I've reviewed in 24 years of property maintenance. And he walked us through every item and photo one-by-one. Then provided a written report with those images too. I would recommend him personally for home inspection work.

Most importantly, his professionalism, explanation of the readings, explanation of the findings, promptness or responses, timeliness of setting up the inspection schedule. Overall our interaction with him was outstanding.
