Frederent Development Inc - a J&C Property Management Company - is this legitimate? A friend is moving to New Brunswick and this info is on the lease but the hydro company couldn't find it on their list when they requested the landlord info?
Grounds are beautiful, apartments are sunny and if you do have an issue, they are there quickly to fix.
people running the company, Always trying to get tenant pay for everything.
Nice place to stay and well connected to market, bus facility, temple, school etc.
The management is not giving back our deposit. It's been over 4 months. This is horrible.
