When we had our first tour no one showed up to meet us and we had to leave after coming all the way to Seattle. We decided to still try to lease a unit here and it was impossible to get ahold of anyone to ask any questions, when you could they didn’t know what they were talking about. We were offered certain concessions and after we had already paid the application fee and half the security deposit, they told us they were no longer possible. When we had to change our guarantor, they took this as an opportunity to raise the rent by almost 500 dollars claiming we “rejected” the lease after telling us it would be no problem for our other guarantor to sign instead. The management was super inefficient. You will need to keep contacting them to get stuff going. Specifically, it took their accounting office 20 days to return my deposit check from Bellevue to Seattle.

I've rented here for almost 3 years. So many managers I lost track. Money more important than anything. Last year when I renewed I was told the buy out was two full months. Nothing was said about 20 day notice. So on top of 2 free months paid they are also getting 413.00 just for the 10 days notice on top of a 190.00 cleaning fee. Light covers not fixed in 8 months I could go on but you get the picture. They send out notices of how important you are but at the end of the day it's lip service they only care about the money. Oh and I was NEVER late in just under 3 years.

I moved in on April 1st and waited a couple of months to write this review so I could settle in and give an honest, full-picture impression. Now that I’ve lived here for a while, I can confidently say I’m really happy and that the new management deserves credit for a major turnaround. This complex had some pretty rough reviews under the previous management: rats, trash, parking issues, etc. I brought all of that up directly when I toured. I even showed Abigail, who gave me the tour, the worst reviews on my phone and asked point-blank about the pests. She handled it with professionalism, kindness, and honesty. If you are thinking about living here, get ready to wait weeks for your maintenance requests to be taken care of, be met with kind messages and empty promises to get you to shut up, have the majority of your questions unanswered, and have to take care of any pest problems yourself. I've been living here for 9 months and have asked about 6 or 7 times now to get a window screen I was told I would receive shortly after moving in. They have used a variety of excuses, but they are all unreasonable given they have had 9 months to fix this problem. If I could have broken my lease and moved out by now, I would have. If you don't have a single problem while living here that you would need to contact management about, it might be totally fine. However that is not something I would bank on. And I kno
