Ivy Ridge Apartments

I have to say that living here for 12 years has been peaceful. I love it here. It’s close to everything I need far as the grocery store. The doctors as well as my son’s school. My neighbors that I live with in my unit are very clean. Respectful, And we look out for one another. As far as management and maintenance, I feel That certain things can be handled more promptly. But at the same token, I feel like they work with what they got.

At the “Ivy Ridge Apartments,” everything feels like one of those fake horror-movie sets where the budget ran out on day two. The hallways smell like someone mopped with expired pickle juice and a lot of cigars, the kitchen comes pre-decorated with cartoonishly bold rats who act like they’re rent-paying tenants, and the basement has become a low-budget community lounge for random drifters who show up like NPCs in a glitchy video game. Whoever “cleans” before move-ins must just flip the light switch a couple times and call it spiritual cleansing, because the level of grime is giving “archaeological site,” not “lease ready.” Honestly, the vibe is less “apartment living” and more “urban wildlife documentary filmed by amateurs.”

For rent price the complex should look presentable....looks dirty and run down...and also washer and dryer constantly breaks down...how about updating them. Their are homeless people breaking into the building and sleeping in the basement....not to mention there is a rat issue..

I’m very happy that Keira help me in this process of moving my apartment is beautiful just perfect for me and my son near all the stores and good things to do ,Ivy Apartment is beautiful

You should pray maintenance always on time and very peaceful,, and nice neighbors communicates with a heart looking out for one another really appreciate the service I get here and thank you
