Love my apartment and the office staff lady actually gave me a hug and my key. Yall we was both so happy,🤗😆 I finally got the apartment I wanted and the staff made my experience stress free. Im so thankful. Big huge bathrooms, and huge closet space, close to all the shopping you can desire....everything I wanted. Thank you Ivy Ridge.

Major shoutout to the amazing ladies — Chi, Christina, and Nicole! I’ve been living here for 9 months, and every single time I’ve brought something to their attention, it’s been handled with compassion and courtesy. They’re always available to answer any questions, and if they don’t have the answer right away, they’ll dig deep to figure it out. This community truly needs — and benefits from — this kind of care and concern. It’s been an absolute pleasure living here! These ladies are truly awesome and deserve their flowers!

My brother was looking for an apt. while going through chemo treatments. I made an appointment to see the apt when we got there at the time I scheduled Chi said there was no appointment and she couldn't leave the office. I was upset. She said we could go look at it and gave us the keys. Getting approved for the apt was a pain. But she worked with him and got him in. I am so thankful for her and the other ladies in the office. I was not able to help him with his move but the maintenance man (i didn't get his name) helped get somethings in his apt. He had the best neighbors across the hall. They would look out for him too and help him when needed. My brother died but got to enjoy this wonderful apt and neighborhood for his last year. These are lovely Apartments and the staff are very nice. i really enjoy our community, it's close to alot of stores. my only takeaway is how thin the walls and floors are you can hear footsteps 👣 and your neighbors talking and pretty much every other noise. you can hear your neighbors above below you, and beside you, which creates these type of sound waves that can make the floor vibrant. if you're neighbor jumps you can feel it vibrant through the floors. which if you're not used to noise like that in an a apartment can be pretty annoying.

I love the ladies in the office. They are all polite and respectful. You can always communicate with the team. Good job. I enjoy living here.
