Ivy Hill Cottages

Living here has been the best! The house is beautiful and the property manager, Madelin, is amazing! She has always been very kind and helpful during any interactions we have had with her. Thoroughly impressed with living here, 10/10 would recommend.

My experience at Ivy Hill has been really great. The management team is very friendly and helpful. The homes each have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and are brand new which is a breath of fresh air. The residents are very nice, and everyone keeps their home in great condition. One of my favorite traditions about this property is when the residents decorate their front porches for the Holidays!

I know people have a lot of choice when it comes to rental properties, but I highly recommend they choose to live in Ivy Hill Cottages. Aimee, the property manager, is super nice and helpful! She treated me with kindness and respect and has been true to her word since the day I first called to inquire about the availability of a cottage. Everything about the experience has been enjoyable and stress free. I love living here!! The cottage is simply adorable:) The bedrooms and baths are all spacious. The entire cottage is well designed with upgrades and lots of storage. Everyone in the community is friendly and the location is on point. If you are looking to rent a home in Oakwood, Ivy Hill Cottages will not disappoint.

The community was beautiful. It had a very home like feel but what stood out for me was the professionalism and kindness of Aimee Adams. She really made me feel like I want to make this place my home. She was informative and answered all my questions but also made sure what I was looking for would be met at this location for me to call home. She is outstanding and friendly and I recommend checking this property out and asking for Aimee.
