Ivy Garden Apartments

I’ve had a wonderful living experience at Ivy Garden. The property is excellent, and the maintenance team is always very prompt and professional—the quality of their work is consistently great. The floor plans are well-designed and very practical, and every unit comes with a balcony. I’ve even been able to grow my own peppers, tomatoes, basil, and more. From the manager to the supervisors, everyone is friendly, responsible, and provides exceptional service. The community is quiet, and the common areas are always kept very clean. Highly recommend!

Ivy Garden Apartments is hands-down the best apartment complex in Charlottesville! We chose to stay here after comparing with other options, and I am confident to say we made the right decision! Our apartment is spacious and gets enough sunlight during the day. There are pool and gym on site. The complex is also in a walkable distance from UVA campus, and I used to walk to school daily when we didn't have a car. The maintenance team is always efficient and responsive, and they even have an on-call technician over the weekend in case of emergencies. Crystal and Derek are amazing - we can always find them in the office, and they do their best to help us. I lived at the Pavilion for my first two years of law school and Ivy for the last year. Ivy was far superior in every category: value, cleanliness, safety, and management. The maintenance team often fulfilled requests within an hour of receipt. Unlike Pavilion, parking is free, and you are almost always able to find a spot directly in front of your apartment. Packages and mail are delivered directly to your apartment, so theft is not as common as it was from the Pavilion mail room. The management team also operates in a straightforward, honest manner. They are always responsive to any queries. Again, this was refreshing coming from Pavilion, where the management was unprofessional at best. I had a great stay here for two years! The leasing team and maintenance teams are highly responsive and consistently ensure you have the best experience possible. Any maintenance request is taken care of within hours. The units are spacious and the neighborhood is safe and quiet.

I've lived here about a week and so far, everything is wonderful! It's biking distance to just about everything, the apartment is huge with plenty of storage, and it's got everything I need. Most importantly though, they handle maintenance requests FAST!! I submit two requests on a Sunday after 6pm and by Monday morning at 9:15am, they were already completed! Amazing! 🎉
