Ivory Homes - Cranefield Estates

I love my home! A week before move in, the contractor walked through the house with us and spent 3-4 hours explaining everything from the slope of the yard, water shut off valves, the appliance warranties, etc. Ivory is a well oiled machine. I have had zero problems with my home. No settling, nothing has broke. Quality workmanship. Great neighborhood with a pool and playground. Go check out the model home! It’s the most beautiful home I’ve ever seen. Ivory is not a cookie cutter builder anymore. The model home is a great example of what this home builder is capable of.

Jake has been awesome. It has been wonderful working with him on the purchase of our new home.

Great example of a nice neighborhood that's ruined by a poorly managed and assembled HOA. The board is a bunch of amateurs with self-importance complexes who can't help but act out on their personal inadequacies while they attempt to fill a role they never belonged in to start with. If you're not part of the neighborhood church committee, the board will treat you as such.

So many issues with my brand new home and only 2 items have been properly addressed. The one time warrenty did come out to look at my first list, he referred me to Home Depot so I could do most of the repairs myself and I've never heard back. I DO NOT recommend Ivory Homes, their warrenty department is the biggest joke ever. Extremely poor construction.
