Issa Properties

I've been taking my kids to a daycare in one of Issa's properties for nigh on a decade. I love the daycare, but the condition of the building has always been pretty bad, and now the pipes have burst. I realize that things happen, but given that the pipes and leaks have been consistent issues throughout the years one would think some more attention would have been paid. But then, neglect seems to be a constant on the part of this owner. An Issa property would have to be one of the last on earth before I'd consider renting from them.

I lived at 832 Packard for 2 years during my undergrad. Never had any issues Aziz was always accommodating and mindful of any needs I may have had. Everyone from the top down was always very nice, definitely recommend for a place to live if you or someone you know needs housing near the university.

They are incredibly communicative and always available to address any concerns or questions I had. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their tenants and work hard to ensure everyone is happy.
