We loved our stay at Ho’olei 81-3! Stayed for 2 weeks and it was one of the nicest places we have stayed. The pool and workout area were great. The proximity to the beach and other nearby resorts and restaurants and Wailea shops was great. All walking distance. We also enjoyed golf at the gold and emerald courses. Emerald was our favorite as each hole seemed to have amazing views.

We have stayed at Wailea Beach Villas twice. The location is perfect and the property is immaculate. There were grounds keepers there all the time and it showed. The beach is beautiful and the beach attendants were great. Our villa was in great condition. The front desk worker was super efficient. The area is very secure with a guard at the entry. The villa had everything we needed and was just as described. The communication with management was great. I highly recommend this property and management company.

Our family had the most incredible vacation this past week staying at this Ho’olei villa 99-2. Situated on the top row of villas in this complex, the views from the expansive lanai were spectacular, and the entire unit, recently updated, was beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Our family of four adults and three kids had plenty of room and with each bedroom having its own bathroom we were very comfortable. The property manager, Geoff, was so helpful both before and during our stay, always answering our questions promptly and thoroughly. We appreciated the pricing plan that afforded us a lower price than some other units in this complex by not offering use of the amenities at the Grand Wailea resort situated just below this complex. We never missed them - there are SO man

I rented a 3 bedroom unit at Ho'olei for our family, originally planning on visiting in January, 2021..we canceled, due to Covid, and rescheduled for this past year. What a great place! We found Geoff Granum to be responsive and very pleasant to deal with. Property was as promised and as beautiful as it was well located. Concierge services were terrific. All in all, a wonderful week/ vacation. Thanks to you Geoff, and Island Property Management. I have already passed your info along to some others!

Beautiful living room, kitchen, and rooms. AC is very cold and works great. Pool is perfect.
