Island Pointe Apartments

I’ve had a really great experience at Island Pointe Apartments. The community is beautiful, peaceful, and honestly feels a lot nicer than most places I’ve seen. The views, the pool area, and the overall atmosphere make it feel like a little getaway instead of just an apartment complex. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, and the whole property is kept really clean and well maintained. It’s one of those places where you actually enjoy coming home after a long day. Also want to give a big shoutout to Lindsey. She’s been incredibly helpful, friendly, and just great to deal with. People like her make a big difference and really add to the positive experience here. Overall, I’m really happy here and would definitely recommend Island Pointe to anyone looking for a great place to live

I love the view of the river from my apartment! I have a very spacious layout. I’m excited to use the pool this summer. I love the staff in the office ! I moved from out of town and they were so attentive and helpful through the process. I highly recommend Island Pointe !

In my 2 months, I can say this is by far the nicest complex Ive stayed at. The property is clean, safe, and well maintained. It can flood over here but that comes with being right on the water yknow. The staff is helpful and informative, maintenance is pleasant, and Megan at the leasing office is always on point! The apartment is spacious and cozy, and the water view from my balcony makes for a great spot to chill day or night! The complex is tucked away from alot of noise, which is great because im night shift. Overall, it's a welcoming community and effort is seen, I look forward to see what the year brings here!!

They are friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever something comes up, which makes a huge difference. The amenities are also clean and well maintained, and the overall community is quiet and respectful.
