Island Inn Apartments

Of the cheaper apartment complexes I've been to, this is the place I came back to and would come back again. I would taper expectations, but my experience has been mostly positive, and our maintenance requests were addressed, some more timely than others, but they were addressed. There is on-site laundry you pay for with quarters, but there are only 2 washers and 2 driers, so you have to time when you do laundry. Wifi is slow but stable, and the shared rooms I've been in have ethernet connections (though only in one bedroom) that are gigabit speeds in my experience. I bring my own router and connect it to the ethernet, and that makes a much faster wifi. Parking can be a pain, especially in the winter, but the university is about a 15-18 minute walk or a 7 minute walk to the nearest bus

I've been at several places at Utah state for housing and never had such a bad experience. The laundry that you pay for doesn't work, we had several problems in the apartment, and management will never answer or return your calls. Also don't plan on getting your deposit back.
