The beginning process of touring the home, having the privacy fence installed, and the final walkthrough, I could not have been more pleased. Each bathroom being unique in color and style and each building plan being different from the other plans is what lured us in. Not only did we receive a unique and modern home, but we achieved this with quality and price. There were no corners cut and you can tell this company takes their feedback from customers seriously. Compared to other builders in the area, Ironwood Homes impressed me the most.

We fell in love with this charming modern farmhouse the moment we saw it. The quality of the build and the attention to detail truly blew us away from the gorgeous open-concept kitchen with its clean white cabinetry and stunning light fixtures, to the cozy living space with beautiful wood-style flooring and exposed beams. We absolutely love our new home! The huge farm sink, beautiful bathrooms and the open concept is chef’s kiss! The flooring is so easy to clean and I’m not worried if the dog splashes water on my floor it will get ruined. I cannot express how much this house is our dream home and it’s finally a reality. I cannot express the excitement and anticipation that we have had the last few months watching our home being built from the ground up. The Ironwood Team, led by the best project manager Char, has made our dreams come true with having our home build on our land. They have been a dream to work with giving us updates on the ups & downs, the progress, the different choices we had available, the transparency, and helping us through our tears with neighboring issues. They went beyond what they had to do to make sure that everyone was happy and to create relationships that they were not responsible for maintaining. The finished home has a lot of great craftsmanship. We love the open concept as soon as you walk into the home. We also love the style of the bathrooms (especially the master bathroom layout). The basement is a perfect space for our children to play in an open area. The team educated us on all of the important house-keeping points and were thorough with how to maintain our forever home. We would highly recommend Ironwood Homes (especially the Boxwood model) bringing modern designs to rural living.
