Ironwood Flats Apartments

mariah was so helpful throughout our entire move in process. we enjoy living at ironwood flats so far, we previously lived at the edition and loved it there as well!

I lived in these apartments for 6 months, and i loved it! The people in the building were so friendly and the building was always super clean. Unlike many apartment building in Fargo, this one always had a good smell as you walked in! The apartments were very modern and the amenities were superb. Definitely a place I'll always consider home!

I enjoy living at Ironwood Flats. Building is very clean and kept well, and the management company is extremely responsive to maintenance request and overall concerns. I would definitely recommend Ironwood Flats complex!

I would not recommend. This complex is in a terrible neighborhood. You would think since this Complex is not in a safe neighborhood the security is top notch, but it is not. I had a break in at my place. I also had packages (Multiple) stolen/items taken from my car. I didn't even live here a full year and all of this happened to me. I feel very sorry for other people who have lived here and also had to go through these frustrations. Hopefully in the future the owners of this complex will improve by adding camera's as well as doing a better job of keeping the building locked and safe from thief's. In the mean time there are definitely much better places to live in town.

Have lived here going on 10 years. It's better than most apartments. Lana, the community manager, has been amazing. All my questions get answered and she makes sure maintenance requests or building issues get taken care of as soon as possible.
