Amoretta Shultz: Unprofessional. We recently sold a a property and this woman was the buyers agent. We have purchased and sold many properties and we know it is a negotiation process. We did not seem to have any difficulties during this process and thought it went very well. We did not think there were any major issues we negotiated a price, assisted with closing costs, etc.. Her clients received everything they asked for within reason. Shortly before settlement we were asked to do some outside painting. Since settlement was within a few days, December 1 obviously the buyers loan has gone through, and they probably had already packed up their belongings.
