Iron House Apartments

My daughter lives here. It is a nice place to stay until issue arrived. It took them almost three month to replace the broken dryer. The AC has not been working for almost two months now. They said they are waiting on parts and submitted request to get approval for an indoor unit in the mean time. It has been four weeks when they told me that and there is no updates since. There is a missing part on the refrigerator’s door that we reported since move-in last year and we are towards the end of the lease now but it is still not been replaced. I just wish they put themselves in our shoes - would they allow themselves or their family go through what we are going through? The house is in the 80s degrees at night while it is 71 degrees outside. Imagine when the weather get warmer!

Living at Iron House has been such a good experience. From the very beginning, I’ve felt really comfortable and at home here. The staff is always so kind and helpful any time I’ve needed anything or had questions, they’ve been quick to respond and always super nice about it. The apartment itself has a really cozy feel, and I especially love how much natural light comes in. It just makes the space feel brighter and more relaxed. I’ve had a couple of small maintenance issues and they were fixed super fast, which I really appreciated. The location is also great. It’s close to everything I need but still feels quiet and safe, which is important to me as a student. The people in the community are friendly and respectful, and overall the atmosphere here is really peaceful. If you’re a student

I had an open house with Miranda and they canceled. She didn't tell me anything about the cancelation. Today, I had an appointment with her and she didn't show up. However, I was talking to Cameron on the phone and though her I could see one of the apartments. She was kind and professional.

I liked the layout of my apartment it was pretty spacious. This can't overshadow the mice, they drove me absolutely insane. I had to throw out a lot of stuff since there was no way I'd get the smell out of them. Tried to get them to do something about it but I got so exhausted I just put out glue traps myself. The roof leaked above my bathroom and it took forever for them to fix it. Some units don't have windows to outside just to a shared common space with a skylight. No elevator makes moving in and out and groceries a pain. They have a parking deck but I didn't meet anyone who was able to get a spot in it when I was living there. The alleyway is incredibly bumpy and may pop your tires if you aren't careful. Hopefully this is helpful.
