Iron Bird Lofts)Loud and violent neighbors, lack of action by management after recordings and police intervention . Old worn out fixtures. The apartment was soiled when we moved in floors had huge cracks (town homes) . No security cameras . Cars were regularly broke into. Dog poop everywhere. Homeless going through dumpsters and cockroaches.

I've called multiple times and requested a call back for info regarding the units. So far nobody has got back to me. Update 7/18 someone reached out to me regarding the units. The Mural District is where I wanted to be and they went really fast. Also the parking is only for certain units. Everyone else has to park on the street. They should have made sure every unit had a parking spot because that can be dangerous trying to walk to your unit at night. Aside from that they are brand new, super modern and updated with high ceilings and large windows.

We’re under new management now and while there was a little adjusting to do when going from Granville to Manco Abbott, I will say it’s definitely better now that it was prior to the change. There is a community app, the property is maintained throughout the week, the leasing office staff are sweet and accept packages while you’re gone, there was a weird issue with the pipes that made them really noisy for the longest, but they somehow fixed it when they took over. New appliances would be nice considering how much rent is, but not bad for being the only real downside.

Loved living here at first. Then there was a revolving door regarding the property managers. We had both of our cars broken into and they told us that the only cameras they had were the ones at the gates. They took nearly all of the deposit. So much for normal wear and tear. Glad to finally be out from under Granville’s shady business tactics.

The apartment complex was ok. It just wasn't a great fit for my family. The previous property manager was great(Audrina). The new one which replaced her is(Charlene). She supposedly confused my apartment with somebody else's and entered our residence, with a 24 hour notice claiming "abandonment" even though we were there a week prior signing a buyout contract. We call corporate to complain and asked for an unbiased inspection and was sent a co property manager(Tiffany) who by the way sits by her everyday... that is what you call a conflict of interest... I wouldn't recommend this place because the price does not justify the quality. 1665 a month as of oct 2019.
