I called about a rental for my parents and spoke with Ms. Sharon. We previously had the hardest time trying to get approved or find a rental suitable for them while they rebuild their home after a huge tree totaled more than half the house. This was devastating nonetheless, so having such a painless experience from looking at the house to signing the lease, they were absolutely amazing. Thank you for giving me the comfort that they are safe in a temporary home!

They are great! I went through financial issues and they were very patient with me. Their team is quickly responsive when any fixtures need to be done and they do great work. If you want a good rental and a good landlord they are it.

I've been renting from them for 2 years now & I've never had a problem. When I had money problems they were patient with me. If I had repairs needing to be done, they sent someone over the same day. I can't say how much I like this company. Most companies are only concerned with themselves & their money, not Irmo Properties.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with Irmo Properties. The properties that I have lived in have been up to par with no problems/issues. They are responsive and really easy to work with. I am in my 2nd year with them.

I would not rent or buy from them. My wife and I rented one of their properties on Luvalie St., and they used technicalities in the contract to keep from honoring the contract. We were going to take them to court on the grounds of a breach of good faith, but our lawyer told us that the fees would likely make it unprofitable. So we settled for a compromise in which the landlord paid for a dehumidifier we bought to keep the house habitable, though I suspect he only did that because I had proof that he had violated the Landlord Tenant Act, and because he wanted to settle out of court before the legal fees got bad. There were many issues with the property, I cannot remember them all. Roaches, leaks (that I fixed with my own caulk), mold, broken light fixtures, heaters that didn't work, wiring
