I was represented by Iris & Howard Real Estate for a new build I purchased in the Market Common. Kristin and Jeff went above and beyond for me. The plans for the lot did not include a driveway and they met with the builder about changing the plans so a driveway could be included. They met with me many, many times to help me understand the process. Even after closing, Kristin and Jeff supported me and followed through on any issues and remaining items.
