Irie Homes

I have followed Irie Homes for quite a while and was fortunate enough to be able to get my entire upstairs remodeled by them. I absolutely love their designs and finishes. I fully entrusted them to take over the entire design and choose everything for me. I could not be happier with how everything turned out! It was the smoothest process from the beginning until the very end. I 100% would recommend Irie Homes!! They truly are amazing people and I couldn't be more grateful for what they did to our home!

100% I would recommend to anyone who is wanting to build a custom home or remodeling their current home. Irie Homes remodeled our entire upstairs and our entryway and we couldn't be happier. They are such a pleasure to work with, we always knew what was going on, and everyone that came to our home was always extremely friendly and professional. I can not wait until we are able to get our main level finished, we will definitely be calling them!!

This is how their subs conduct business, including the owner having no integrity: I am extremely disappointed in the way Epic Interiors has handled our warranty repairs of our new build with Irie Homes. I first reached out in April 2025 regarding warranty-related items and was told I would be contacted soon to schedule. Over the course of several months, I followed up multiple times and was repeatedly given vague timelines (“3–4 months out,” “3 jobs ahead of you,” “2 in front of you, then you’re next”). Despite my patience and consistent communication, no firm repair date was ever scheduled. Most concerning, when I pressed again for an update, I was told that after speaking with our builder (Irie Homes), “I just talked with Mark and I already fixed the hardwood repair that was on your wa

Builder quality and integrity highly questionable. FYI - anyone can obtain a general contractors license in IA; no certification or experience needed. Beware. No credibility, accountability or professionalism. Do not recommend if desire for custom build. Custom built home in 2023-2024, in the end, it felt like a charade. They led you to believe they were reputable and trustworthy but it turned out not to be the case. Subpar contractors, using unknown and outside sub contractors, lack of their own note keeping, blaming others, attempt to rush you to sign away any personal liability. Do not trust anything they tell you. Addendum: also, they have a sham of a home warranty. They just postpone all the work until your “warranty expires” and then never do the work. Building with Irie Homes was the best decision we made when we decided to build a home for our family! Mark & Emily made the entire process so enjoyable, even when we still lived out of state when construction first began. Their commitment to quality is truly what sets their team apart!
