Originally, I had applied to have my house lifted, but after years of being ghosted by FEMA, I was at a standstill. I am in the process of building a "new" home with Iridium Development. I put "new" in quotes since we are actually building a second level on top of the existing structure that got flooded with Hurricane Helene. Lee Seward was the only builder that I spoke to after the event that was able to verbalize a clear plan on how to add a second level without demolishing the existing block structure.
