They made the sale of my mother’s home so easy. I live down state and didn’t have to travel there to sign paperwork — they handled everything seamlessly and kept me informed throughout. Professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with!

We had an issue a year after our home purchase - a shared fault type of thing. The people at Iosco County Abstract Office could have quite easily, in my opinion, let the blame rest on us the buyers. They did not, instead taking part in the process of fixing the error, and agreeing to financially support a fair share of the fees involved. Thier follow through was amazingly quick, and thorough. We highly recommend thier services, and are very thankful for their skills, and their help.

What a pleasant experience. From the greeting when I first entered the building to the closing with Candi! I needed additional paperwork because of my property being in my trust to make the closing. I had no idea I was missing any information to close and I only had a couple days till closing. When I entered the office, the first person that greeted me knew why I was there and indicated what information I needed knowing the situation at hand. A quick phone call to my lawyers office and a handoff of my phone to the expert that greeted me, she had the issue solved! Very pleasant, personal and professional experience!
