I have lived here for 2 plus years. I have the best landlords Matt and Patty are amazing. When I first moved to this side of town I was nervous I am not from Houston so I didn't know anything about the area. I had a one bedroom at first that I lived in for two years! I had absolutely no problems my one bedroom was huge, double doors, hardwood floors ,large closet I had a massive porch, washer and dryer in my unit! I never had any roaches, or anything like that. I just recently got engaged and needed more space but I did not want to change landlords.I didn't have to matt and patty had a 3 bedroom that came available and we moved right on in! This is a nice area I have not had any problems their is a guard on duty that walks the property. The floor plans are great parking is always good and

I have the best landlord, Matt! My apartment is spacious & secured with double entry doors. Plenty of parking, so no waiting or driving around for a space & I can also see my vehicle from the apartment’s bedroom. Never experienced any rodent, roach or infestation problem. Hardwood & tile flooring, dishwasher, w/d hookup. I really love how the units are built for privacy, no neighbor side by side. Very close to all the main interstates and hwys. 2yrs plus, never had any mail or packages stolen...great privately owned apartment complex all around, especially when renting from Matt.

Living here for years, apartments are individually & privately own therefore not everyone has the same landlord. My unit is very secure & safe. Hardwood floors, washer & dryer hooks up, dishwasher, never experienced any roach or bug problem. Lots of available parking. No one hanging outside late at night. Very easy to get to 45, 610, & i10 if needed. Downside is there is no gate code, just an access key but on the bright side, not just any & everyone can enter the complex as they please.

If you are looking for a place where you live with mold on walls and feces backing up from the toilet into your tubs (both bathrooms) then this is the place to live. You will have problems with roaches.... The landlord is more concern about who lives with you and then fixing her property. She is very rude and talks to people crazy. The shell of the place is nice but there is a lot of work that needs to be done. You have to pay for gate key that should be free.. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME MOVING HERE!!!!!
