Inverness Apartments

Good thing is it is cheap and spacious rooms. Mission San Luis park is in walking distance. Negative sides are- Bad Service, Lack of Facilities, Security issue, Garbage, No washer dryer with apartment etc.

The apartments are cheap given their size which is why I originally signed a lease here. However, while I appreciated the amount of space in my apartment, my overall experience was lacking. I lived in these apartments for 2.5 years, and in that time the apartment complex was run by two different managers. The new manager is better about responding to maintenance requests than the old manager, but is sometimes difficult to get in touch with. Nevertheless, this was not that big of a deal usually. I am ranking the apartment at only 2 starts because of how I was treated upon move out. I was asked to leave as early as possible on the last day of my lease because the apartment complex was moving someone new in the very same day. Organized scammers!!! He will rush you to pay and take your money. That’s why new number is displayed on the apartment complex sign. He takes your money through the portal assign you to an apartment you can only come by and look at and you will never receive an apartment. Wants 1800 a month. Since it’s civil police can’t do anything about it another female whom was scammed only received her money orders back in the drop box because they were traceable. This guy sonit Karam was sending me messages at 11pm at night!! Literally wasted my time. Reason why sable court number is removed off Google because they were the owners which I still believe the company has something to do with it

I hate to post this but anybody who needs a decent place or smaller kids , this isn’t it! .I encountered a small black snake and a large RatSnake in my kitchen twice along with a Rat .These were 3 different incidents .I stayed for the sake of not breaking my lease but I had no choice to just up and leave 5months before it ended because these incidents were back to back.I have pictures in my email if this was to ever affect my rental history .The landlord foam sealed the outside of my unit where they assumed a hole was that made them get inside but Pest control that they contract with recommended me to move urgent !!!

Absolutely the WORST NEIGHBORS! Music ( if you can call it music). BLARING so loud it made my windows rattle. It is more than apparent that the people are rude, obnoxious and feel entitled. I would steer clear of this repulsive area!!!! One star is much more than they deserve!!!
