As a first-time home buyer, pretty much all I knew about working with a realtor was from occasionally flipping past HGTV… that is, not much. Kristine exceeded all of our expectations (and I get the sense that I’ll be disappointed if I ever have to work with anyone else!). Elena was exemplary to work with. Attempting to buy a house in a highly competitive price point is difficult when they move so swiftly under contract. Elena met with me on multiple short notice occasions to look at recently listed houses. We finally struck gold together on a perfect house. Elena didn't just help me find my first starter house, but my long term HOME. When a job transfer to Wilmington looked imminent, I looked at a Wilmington residence with Sherri Ingle a realtor with Intracoastal Realty. Shortly after, plans changed and the job tranfer did not take place. However since that time I have been bombarded with emails and text messages from Ms. Ingles in spite of repeated requests to be removed from her list. I post this feedback here to warn future clients to avoid Intracoastal Realty and Ms. Ingles unless you want a lifetime of spam.
