Intracoastal Long-Term Rentals

I've been renting through them since last year and it's been a wonderful experience. We worked with Marissa getting started and Elizabeth has been super helpful in taking care of all of our needs since we became tenants. They are always fast to respond when I have questions and do a great job communicating with the owner. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to rent!

We seen a house online.We called intercoastal Marissa answered, and within less than a week, we had all documentation signed and were approved for move in! I cant rave on how easy Marissa helped make this transition for myself and my significant other. Easily and punctual communication. Nothing was left unturned I am very happy with the service I received, as well as my other half Paul. We feel we made a good choice with this company!

RENTERS BEWARE I am never the type to leave reviews but our horrible experience working with intracoastal realty long term rentals warrants it. I rented from Intracoastal Realty for four years and fulfilled all lease obligations. After moving out, they withheld my entire $1,900 security deposit and charged over $7,000 for alleged damages that were clearly normal wear and tear. On move out they requested to have the carpet professionally cleaned, I did. We had regular professional carpet cleaning throughout our tenure at the property. Their own maintenance company they hired wrote on our move out charges form that the carpets had "3 years of life left in them". Despite that I was hit with an over $7,000 bill for them to replace the carpets and repaint the walls. They charged us to "put pin
