Justin was very easy to work with, he took a consultative approach, wasn't pushy, educated me on my options, and was great with follow up and communication. He worked until almost midnight the night before my closing to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible, after I received no communication from the closing department.

Not sure how this company is staying in business. Started my refinance on March 2nd, 2021. Today is July 28th. I started working with Alann Kragnes for the first few months. Then I start receiving emails from an Alan Braun. I have had ZERO reply from the new Alan. Alann K would answer emails and phone calls. Nothing from Mr Braun. My loan processor Ann R also answers emails but not phone calls. Last Friday I get a new rate lock form that they need me to sign. It jumped from 2.8 to 3.25 with no explanation (won’t be signing that). I paid for the appraisal out of pocket, and going on 5 months later after giving this company every document they have asked for, I am no closer to closing. Greg T was amazing. I have bought and refi houses for years and By Far Greg was the BEST! Honestly I just called to get the free 100 gift card but Greg sold me. What made him the best was he knew what he was talking about, gave me specific options based off my situation, made recommendations and most importantly he listened to me and adjusted to me and my schedule. What is also rare is that he made and KEPT his promises and at times exceeded my timeline expectations. He also got me a good rate and killed it with a low closing amount. He was amazing!!!!!!!! Kept me informed, Chris called or texted weekly. The REFI took a couple extra weeks to close which caused me to make a mortgage payment on the old loan that I was not anticipating. He was very knowledgeable of the whole process and could answer any questions I had. I’m happy with the outcome.

Out of the many many lenders that called after I posted looking to refi on line, I am very glad that ICG was one of the first to contact me. First talked with Jason, who took some info and then turned us over to Karel Thuwis. Karel talked with us about our needs and found a loan that worked great for us. Not the lowest rate, but had a lot of closing cost covered. We applied in late Oct and ended up closing early Jan. Karel was very good at keeping in touch with us, updating us and letting us know who would be calling for more info. I really appreciated this because several people needed financial info, that I am not comfortable giving out. We were always informed. He kept in touch even over holidays.
